A completed registration form and the materials fee ($25 of which is nonrefundable) are due to hold your child's place in class. (Note that the materials fee varies slightly with different curricula.) The balance is due at the first class.
Sibling Discount: The second child in the same family receives a discount of 1/3 off tuition. If the sibling is in the same class, he/she also receives a discount on materials.
Referral bonus: If a friend signs up for spring (new participants only), get two weeks free ($25.00 off tuition).

In “Zoom Buggy,” we’ll dance, sing, and play instruments to the theme of being on the go. Classroom activities for you and your baby will include sign language, infant massage, lap bounces, instrument play-alongs, exercise, dancing, and quiet time. “Milk and Cookies” 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 year olds with adult caregivers
Fifteen 45-minute classes
Make everyday home activities and chores easier and more fun with music! Wiggle like clothes in a washing machine (using hula hoops). Dust and clean, cook, bake cookies, and go grocery shopping to music. Capture the familiar and new moments of the day and learn how music can impact your child in many ways. Families will receive two CDs, a home activity book, two storybooks (At My House and Cookies), and a stir xylophone, all in a durable lunch bag.

Kindermusik for the Young Child:
Semester 3 5 to 7 year olds
Fifteen 45-minute classes Adult caregivers attend last 10 minutes
Appalachian music is a featured musical style this semester. First, you and your child will build a three-stringed dulcimer instrument with materials that we'll provide. Then in class we'll learn to play chords and simple melodies on the instrument you built together. We'll also explore rhythm concepts through dance with an introduction to the basic steps in jazz, ballet, and tap dances. Your At Home Materials include dulcimer-making materials, activity cards, and music which features recordings from Appalachia, African-America, and Native American music, as well as the Western Art music of the Nutcracker Suite.
